Final pricing is subject to on-site visual confirmation of the items and volume to be removed. The applicable price may change based on actual volume, weight, item type, accessibility, and other factors identified during the on-site review. You will have the opportunity to approve final pricing before any work begins.
4. Scheduling and Access
You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible area for our crew to perform the requested services, including clear access to the items to be removed. You agree to ensure that all items to be removed are properly identified. We are not responsible for items that are not clearly designated for removal.
5. Prohibited Items
Certain items may not be eligible for removal due to local, state, or federal regulations, including (but not limited to) hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, fuel, tires, and certain electronics. We reserve the right to refuse to remove any item at our discretion.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
